Rich Kortum, has more than 18 years of leadership experience spanning across the health care continuum.  As a visionary in the post-acute and senior living domains, Rich presently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at KARE, which is the leading solution to solve the labor shortage in senior care. 

Prior to KARE, Rich spent almost 15 years at NRC Health where he was instrumental in spearheading the development and management of strategic business partnerships.

Rich actively supports several state and national senior care associations by serving on multiple committees that are dedicated to addressing workforce challenges; while also helping advocate and promote the high quality of care that is being provided across the senior care continuum.
