Trade Show Perks Included with Registration:

• All exhibitors are welcome to attend our opening sessions.

• Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included with registration.

• Conference Attendee List 14 days prior & within 14 days after Trade Show

Exhibit Space Information:

• The Trade Show is ongoing during our event, and you are welcome to exhibit both days.

• All exhibit spaces include a 6' table and two chairs. 

• Floor displays must be discussed prior to the event to determine if single booth space can accommodate, or a double booth space is needed.

• Conference venue will ensure access to outlets - any special request please submit along with registration.

• Exhibitors are permitted to provide door prizes, promotional items and creative ideas to attract attendees to your booth.

Additional Exhibitor Information:

• Early exhibitor move-in: Sunday, November 17, 7:00PM - 9:00PM

• Exhibitor move-in: Monday, November 18, 6:45AM - 7:45AM

• Trade Show Open: Monday, Nov. 18 from 8AM-5PM and Nov. 18 from 8AM-2PM

• Exhibitor move-out: Tuesday, November 18, 3:00PM

Exhibitor Agreement

Booth registrations must be paid in full by November 6, 2024. Booth registrations not paid in full at that time will be cancelled and open to selection by other exhibitors. Booth registrations received on November 6 or after must be paid in full at time of registration.

Booth registrations cancelled after Nov. 8, 2024 will be subjected to a $500 cancellation fee.
