The Certification in Assisted Living Leadership promotes operational excellence for Assisted Living leaders. After the Program, attendees leverage their in-depth training through the implementation of practical strategies, practices, and tools to improve their leadership impact in Assisted Living operations and are granted the CALL Credential—Certified Assisted Living Leader.
The next session starts on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 8 am. The March cohort will be held (10, 11, 24, 25).
Our program follows the National Board of Long-Term Care Administrator's (NAB) Domains of Practice. NAB exams required for Certification

On-demand webinars and reading assignments presented by OALA.
Program Qualifications (One of the following):
Ohio Nursing Home Administrator
3000 Hours of direct operational responsibility of a licensed senior facility
100 credit hours post-high school education in gerontology or healthcare
Holds a Baccalaureate Degree
Licensed health professional defined under rule 3701-17--07.1 of the OAC
