We are excited to announce our 2025 Spring Conference Keynote Speaker, Justin Jones-Fosu.
Justin is a full-time husband and daddy, and an international speaker, social entrepreneur, and author. As the Founder and CEO of Work. Meaningful., he delivers 50-60 high-energy keynotes a year for everyone from Fortune 500 giants to fourth graders with impressively spelled names.
But his work doesn’t stop at speaking. Through consulting, training, and the Work. Meaningful. Workplace Academy, Justin helps organizations create cultures where people want to work—fostering meaningful engagement, inclusion, and lasting impact.
He’s the author of Your WHY Matters NOW, The Inclusive Mindset, and his latest, I Respectfully Disagree: How to Have Difficult Conversations in a Divided World—a guide to building bridges instead of barriers. A former HR professional with an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change, Justin has worked with and consulted for Fortune 500 companies on strategy, leadership, and organizational development. EBONY Magazine even named him one of their “30 Young Leaders on the Rise.”
A former radio host and workplace contributor for NPR’s The Takeaway, Justin is also a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)—a distinction held by only 15% of speakers worldwide.
But if you only remember one thing about Justin, let it be this: he’s a proud husband and daddy first, a difference-maker always, and deeply committed to educational initiatives for underserved communities in Ghana and the US. Because at the end of the day, those are the legacies that matter more than any title, trophy, or TED Talk.
