Jamie Weston is the Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at the Ohio Assisted Living Association (OALA). She brings a background in marketing, branding, strategic communications, and business development, with extensive leadership experience in the senior living industry. Throughout her career, Jamie has led marketing initiatives for assisted living communities, developed integrated digital strategies, and built partnerships that drive growth and strengthen organizational brands.
Before joining OALA, Jamie served in marketing leadership roles within senior living and most recently worked as a marketing strategist, helping organizations develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans. Her experience includes digital marketing, advertising, public relations, brand development, and strategic planning, all rooted in a passion for connecting people with meaningful resources and services.
Jamie is excited to return to the senior living profession, where her passion lies. In her role at OALA, she focuses on building strategic partnerships, elevating the association's marketing efforts, and creating opportunities that strengthen and promote assisted living across Ohio.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and making memories with her daughter, Peyton.
