Debi Damas, RN, serves as the Wellness Project Coordinator at Arrow Senior Living. In this role, she supports wellness initiatives, including policy and program development and revision, as well as assisting with the implementation of company initiatives. With over 18 years of clinical experience in the post-acute care sector, Ms. Damas has held various positions ranging from CNA to Chief Clinical Officer. She holds a certificate in legal nurse consulting and possesses extensive regulatory compliance expertise in all aspects of post-acute care. Additionally, she has 14 years of experience in SaaS organizations that cater to the educational and data needs of post-acute care.
