  • Floor displays/backdrops must be discussed before the event to determine if a single booth space can accommodate, or a double booth space is needed.
  • Conference venue will ensure access to outlets - any special requests, please submit them along with registration.
  • Exhibitors may provide door prizes, promotional items, and creative ideas to attract attendees to their booth.
