Assisted Living leaders witness countless moments when employees exceed expectations to provide exceptional care, yet finding the perfect way to highlight these acts of dedication isn’t always easy. This program was created to change that. Our goal is to give OALA member communities a simple, meaningful, and public way to celebrate these inspiring stories of employees who truly go above and beyond.
