Trisha Cole is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at ALIS, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the company’s recruiting and scaling strategies. She builds the processes and infrastructure needed to support growth while developing key client relationships and strategic partnerships.

As General Counsel, Trisha advises the CEO and Board on risk management, intellectual property, employment, and policy matters, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and HITECH, and collaborates with outside counsel as needed.
