The Assisted Living Leader in Nursing (ALL IN) training program is designed to equip nurses with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage nursing teams in Assisted Living facilities. This interactive training covers a range of topics including clinical care best practices, regulatory compliance, nurse documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. The program also navigates the complex survey process as it applies to nursing, and the often-difficult reporting and investigation processes.

The Certification in Assisted Living Leadership promotes operational excellence for Assisted Living leaders. After the Program, attendees leverage their in-depth training by implementing practical strategies, practices, and tools to improve their leadership impact in Assisted Living operations. After passing the required testing, they are granted the CALL Credential—Certified Assisted Living Leader.
