This program is designed to equip nurses with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage nursing teams in Assisted Living facilities. This interactive training covers a range of topics, including clinical care best practices, regulatory compliance, nurse documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. The program also navigates the complex survey process as it applies to nursing and the often-difficult reporting and investigation processes.
