Marcy Cook is a Regional Director of Operations for Dietary Solutions.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, her passion for food and nutrition has been evident throughout her dietetics career of 26 years. Focusing on the health and well-being of others, much of this experience has been in post-acute care. Through managerial roles, Marcy supports clients with regulatory compliance. As an active member of the Ohio Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she is a proponent of establishing dietitians and dietetic technicians as nutrition experts in the healthcare field.

Through her integrity and commitment, Marcy is a proven leader among her peers in her ongoing quest to learn and educate others.
