Bio: With over twenty years of experience, Dr. DeWeaver has held roles including college professor, Chief Information Security Officer, Network Engineer, and various other positions within the cybersecurity field.
Dr. DeWeaver attended ITT Technical Institute and earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in IT and Computer Network Systems. He also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Security Systems from Strayer University. A Master of Science Degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity at Colorado Technical University, and a Doctor of Computer Science Degree with a Concentration in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity.

Bio: Before MMA, Jake led the healthcare and aging service provider practice at one of the nation’s largest independent insurance brokerage firms. Focused on business insurance, he crafted alternative strategies for clients in the form of risk retention groups and captive formation. Cognizant of the complexities within senior care, Jake joined MMA to utilize the additional services care providers require to combat risk. Another benefit is gaining expert employee health benefit deliverables specific to senior care providers.
Jake is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University. He holds his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL), and Certified Executive Homecare and Hospice (CEHCH) designations.
