Gina, LNHA, serves as Vice President of Operations for Baruch Senior Ministries, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living. In her role, Gina provides strategic and operational leadership across Baruch’s portfolio of assisted living communities throughout Michigan, focusing on operational excellence, strong leadership, organizational culture, and exceptional resident experiences.

Prior to joining Baruch Senior Ministries, Gina served as Director of Workforce Solutions at LeaderStat, where she led workforce strategy and consulting initiatives for senior living and healthcare organizations nationwide, with a focus on recruitment, retention, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Gina is also a speaker and thought leader on the evolving senior living workforce, specializing in multigenerational leadership, workplace culture, employee retention, and next-generation workforce strategies. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to strengthening senior living through people-centered leadership and the belief that exceptional resident experiences begin with exceptional employee experiences.
