Bio: Vincent is an accomplished culinary and business professional with more than 15 years of leadership experience in senior living dining services and a diverse background spanning hotels, restaurants, specialty retail food operations, and K-12 school nutrition programs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for culinary excellence, operational leadership, and creating exceptional dining experiences that enhance the lives of those he serves. 

Currently serving as the Regional Culinary Leader (Regional Executive Chef) for StoryPoint Group, Vincent provides oversight and leadership for culinary operations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Texas. Since joining the organization in October 2021, he has been responsible for driving culinary excellence across multiple communities through menu and recipe standardization, operational consistency, staff development, and resident dining satisfaction initiatives. 

In his role, Vincent leads multi-unit culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and culinary teams to provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He also collaborates on menu engineering, recipe development, pricing strategies, and nutrition-focused offerings designed to meet the unique dietary needs and preferences of senior living residents.
