Fall Conference Update
As we prepare for our 2026 Fall Conference, I want to share how intentionally we’ve shaped this year’s program. The past year has brought significant operational challenges for Assisted Living providers, and our agenda reflects the realities you’re navigating: workforce pressure, regulatory complexity, resident safety, and the need for stronger internal leadership at every level.
One of the most meaningful additions this year is our full‑day Maintenance Leadership Program, running throughout Day 2. This track was developed in direct response to member feedback and recognizes the critical role maintenance leaders play in safety, compliance, and resident experience. Participants will join the full conference for our closing keynote, creating a shared learning experience across departments.
We’re also excited to bring back our Mix & Mingle, which will again serve as the setting for our Honoring Excellence Awards Ceremony. This event has become a signature moment for our community, a chance to celebrate outstanding staff, connect with peers, and enjoy the energy and generosity of our trade show partners.
The agenda itself is one of our strongest to date. Cara Silletto opens the conference with a keynote on recalibrating the workforce, followed by sessions on AI and operations, dementia care, dining innovation, elopement prevention, medication safety, employment law, transparent care, and more. We close with Stevie Ray’s keynote on commanding your space and leading with confidence, a message that resonates deeply in today’s environment.
If you haven’t registered yet, I encourage you to take a moment to review the full program. This conference was built for the challenges you’re facing right now, and we look forward to welcoming you in November.
